- CDChris Dazell1 day ago5.0I had a water pressure (0 psi) issue at our home that had developed overnight and my conclusion was most likely a well pump was needed. I had called Mauer Well pump service at the start of the business day and I was told to expect a call shortly rhat never came. ( completely understandable since i have no idea what their schedule is). I called back around 1 pm and mentioned i called earlier in the day but never received a call back. 10 minutes later, i received a call from Ryan and he mentioned he would be at my home by 2 pm. Ryan and Travis arrived when they indicated and started working right away. Both technicians were very considerate by removing their footwear before entering our home. After troubleshooting was completed Ryan indicated an estimate for a well pump replacement. Both Ryan and Travis began working on replacing the well pump. They were completed with job shortly before 5. They were even kind enough to let me know what to expect in the next 24 hrs from the new well. THANK YOU again Mauer Well Service

Everyone l dealt with was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. Carl and Justin explained everything to me , since this is a whole new set up that lm not used to because my old system was 50 years old. Thank you all for you excellent service!
