  We had been putting off installing a cooling system in our home for a long time. It’s a big investment, and honestly, the whole process felt overwhelming. But after another summer of struggling with window units that just couldn’t keep up with our two-story home, we finally decided it was time. We reached out to a few contractors—and we are beyond happy that we chose Siemer Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Joel S., our Home Advisor, came out the very next day after our initial call. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to address all of our concerns, walked us through the entire process step by step, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He explained how efficient the Daikin 5 unit mini split series system is, which really helped us feel confident in our decision. Joel also went above and beyond by taking a couple of our calls after hours, which meant a lot to us during such a big decision. He even helped us explore financing options, making the investment feel much more manageable. From there, the entire experience just continued to exceed our expectations. Every morning, we received a text letting us know the team was on their way, which we really appreciated. When they were working in our home, they laid down tarps, were respectful of our space, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. They even made sure our gates were locked before leaving—those little details did not go unnoticed. Dennis, the crew leader, was outstanding. He kept everything running smoothly, communicated clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Craig, Max, Tyler, and Gerardo were all hardworking, respectful, and paid attention to every detail. You could truly tell they took pride in their work. And now that everything is installed—we couldn’t be happier. The Daikin 5 unit mini split series system is extremely quiet… honestly, our air purifier makes more noise! Our home finally feels consistently comfortable from top to bottom, and we’re left wondering why we waited so long. What started as an overwhelming decision turned into such a smooth and positive experience. We will definitely recommend Siemer Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing to friends, family, and anyone who reads this review. We are so grateful for their professionalism, care, and quality of work.

  We have a series of service arrangements with Siemer. We signed up for the annual support on Plumbing, Heating and AC. Included for free in the Plumbing is an annual inspection which was just conducted by Dane Edmonds. He was everything you would ask for in a technician - Thorough, knowledgeable, clean, on-time, cheerful (it was early on a Monday). We are in good hands with Dane and Siemers.

  Turned air on was not working Called and they bumbed up the annual ac inspection to that day Problem was bad fan motor they ordered and installed next day under warranty so only paid for install Excellent response and service from Carlos and the office
