Still don't understand why it overheated, but he was able to increase the airflow to hopefully prevent my furnace from overheating again. The temperature was set at 70 degrees so I don't know why it would do that. He suggested I use a less MERV filter. I was using a MERV 12 filter because it is suppose to be the best filte to use, but he suggested a MERV 6. I can't find a MERV 6 filter but he said a MERV 8 was also okay if I couldn't find a MERV 6. Since it was a warranty issue with water line coming loose and notr enough airflow, there was no charge. I am grateful to Ken and his crew for their excellence in knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone that asks me or if I see someone looking for a great HVAC company. I am a customer for life!! Thanks to you Ken, all the excellent staff and their family. Wishing you all a fantastic Christmas, and a wonderful holiday season.
