  We hired Sullivan’s Concrete Coatings to coat our pool deck for $7,600, expecting a professional, long-lasting result. That’s not what we got. From day one, the job was sloppy. The crew failed to properly protect our pool, leaving debris that forced us to completely drain it—a three-day process that ultimately led to structural cracking due to the high water table. That alone should never have happened. The initial finish was blotchy, and the coping work was subpar. After raising concerns, the owner (Shannon) did offer partial remediation. However, the “fix” made things worse. The resurfaced deck became extremely slick—so much so that a child slipped and fell shortly after. We raised that safety issue immediately and received no response. Months later, we were offered a partial refund—but only if we waived all warranties. That wasn’t acceptable. We expected the company to stand behind their work, not walk away from it. To Shannon’s credit, he eventually agreed to try resurfacing again in April 2024. Unfortunately, that repair also failed. As of today, the clear coat has peeled and flaked off across roughly 80% of the pool deck. The finish is uneven, blotchy, and looks worse than before. Multiple attempts were made, but none of them held up. At this point, we’re left with a failed product, an unsafe surface, and a significant investment that did not deliver. If you’re considering this company, understand this: they may respond initially, but the end result—and long-term durability—simply isn’t there.

  Very dissatisfied!! I requested a quote for 2 areas. When decided to go with just one. They attempted to up charge me for the one area an additional $1000. This information was never disclosed at the time of the estimate. This is very bad business!! Do not recommend!

  I first hired Sullivan’s Concrete back in 2020 to install glitter epoxy on my front porch, sidewalk, and backyard I was their very first customer to request glitter! I’m so glad I did because the workmanship was incredible. The glitter catches the sunlight beautifully and truly transforms the space. After several years, some areas began to show wear and wash away. Today Collin and Grant came out to my home and took care of every spot that needed attention. Their work was outstanding, thorough, professional, and exactly what my porch needed. If you’re thinking about upgrading your concrete or epoxy, Sullivan’s is the team you can trust! Highly recommend.

  Normally I don't "gush" over the service I've received from any company, BUT, Sullivan's Concrete Coating deserves the BIGGEST "GUSH" I can muster. I only checked with one other company and chose Sullivan's. The professionalism of Talisha in sales, Kristian in the office AND Shannon, the owner was incomparable! Now, about "my crew". Landon (Lead) Grant #1 Grant #2 Braden These guys are the best craftsmen/artists I've EVER seen! They transformed my ugly driveway, back patio and front "stoop" into a masterpiece. Rob Magallon
