- AGA Gardner3 days ago5.0When the alarm on our sump pump battery backup started to beep and would not stop after days, Jackson from Acculevel came to our rescue. He was not only smart and personable, he was clean and polite and he quickly charmed our dogs into helping; we loved that he loved our dogs! Jackson soon identified the problem, fixed it, and promised to come back ASAP if the problem resurfaced. I wish all service providers were as terrific as Jackson! Randy

I say “hopefully” only because the fix has not been and will not actually be put to the test until such time that we experience another heavy rain. He is a professional, first calling the day before to confirm, then arrived on time. First, he allowed me to walk him around the home and express my thoughts and concerns. He set to working on evaluation of the floors and crawl space. I felt very comfortable in his review and much surprised he had prepared an estimate. Something other companies tell you they have to go work on it and will email you later. - DSDennis SchoffstallMar 21, 20261.0Jackson from Acculevel made a service visit on 3/19/26 and requested I leave a review so here goes: Back in Dec Acculevel installed their basement waterproofing system after I showed them where I had water coming in, and now after some big storms the system is leaking in the same spot and not draining to the sump pump. Jackson came out to inspect. He was nice, on time and very friendly. However, his solution to the problem is to "wait for it to rain again" and have me document with video despite already provided photos of the leaks and flooding that prompted the service call to begin with. Doesn't seem like the best of solutions but that's where we're at. The whole process has been frustrating to say the least but I guess I'll keep waiting for now and hope this product will eventually work as promised.
