  Awesome experience! He explained everything to us very well. He took in to consideration on cleaning up after himself and wore boot covers the whole time while inside. He has my vote for plumber on the year! Thank you Cameron for your service!

  first time calling roto rooters, Was referred by my neighbor and I am so glad I did! I put the request online late Sunday night and first thing Monday morning I already got a call that someone would be out in a couple hours! My technician, Cameron, was awesome too! He was very nice, very knowledgeable, super considerate around the house, and ended up putting a new pipe in for me right away so things are now draining right. Was really surprised how quick and professional it was. Also love that he wore little booties everywhere around the house so he didn’t get any dirt anywhere. I’ve had both carpet cleaners and other plumbers in the past that never wore booties and got my carpet dirty from their shoes. Really love the booties! Thank you, Cameron and thank you, Roto-Rooters!! I got an estimate on something else so I’ll be calling you soon for that! 10 stars!!

  I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter in Muncie and was very satisfied with the work they did. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it without wasting any time. Cameron, the service technician, was extremely professional from the moment he arrived. One thing that really stood out to me was that he chose to park his van on the street rather than in my driveway. When I told him it was perfectly fine to use the driveway, he politely explained that he prefers not to park there because service vehicles can sometimes leak fluids and he wouldn’t want to risk staining the customer’s concrete. That immediately gave me a great first impression of his professionalism and consideration. In addition to completing the repair quickly, Cameron made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving and even checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the cleanup and the work that was done. Overall, the service was prompt, professional, and courteous. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter in Muncie again for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service.
