  Workers were friendly and still professional.Hopefully AC should!!do a better job than our previous one, will be patiently waiting when we can turn it on in hot weather !

  Andrew was right on time and diagnosed my problems immediately. He explained my options in a way that was easy to understand and got to work immediately on the problem. Was VERY polite and friendly and I'll ask for him again if I have a HVAC need in the future!

  We recently had to replace our HVAC system. Nate came out and explained what options Ace Hardware Home Services had and answered all our questions without pressuring us. He was very responsive and helpful with information and putting things in motion. We’d highly recommend working with Nate! We had a wonderful installation crew, Robert and Jim. Friendly and polite, they were both very knowledgeable and experienced. They were able to answer all our questions and made the installation process very easy and smooth. A 5 star process!
