He diagnosed for our second problem we’ve had. He came out to our home around 7PM. He did everything he was authorized to do and put in an urgent notice for someone with specific training to come finish the job. He’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He’ll be our go to guy for any fixes out of our scope.

We thought we needed the water mixture adapter behind the handle replaced but they assured us what we had was good and it wasn't necessary. They were very respectful, did a thorough and amazing job, and we will have them back in the future. We greatly appreciate their service. Thank you.

Why didn't they find that when they worked on it last time? And why didn't he find that on initial check?? Then it was i need new furnace, I could replace exchanger for $1550 but most likely it would start nickle and dime.me. new furnace installed with so called basic was $18000 , a custom install was about $13000 and to just replace furnace was almost $10000 told me not to run because it would put carbon monoxide in my house. He went and got his tester and I was sure to follow him amazing there was no carbon monoxide in or around furnace.. getting other opinions and estimates, so far independent contractor gave a much less price on replacement of exchanger and furnace..

He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to figure out a problem with our ducts. He spent extra time checking everything and was very helpful!
