In the middle of scheduling all the work the boiler went down with the polar vortex hitting and temps dropping. They sent help within 3 hours of our calling it in. We had heat by noon. Will use them for all our needs.

My wife explained the problem we were having. He started running test. Finally, he called his supervisor. It wasn't long before Donivan arrived. They called the Lenox hot line. Not a simple solution but one that was easily repaired. Regular furnances are not set for dual zones. I believed they had to reset the furnance mother board to operate fir a duel zone. Both young men represented Summer's Heating and Cooling professionally. They solved the problem quickly. And now we have heat. I would highly recommend Summer's for all your heating needs.
