The technician called ask where the clean out was. I said in basement he said he'd have to pull the toilet. I said no look. The clean out is in the basement. He said machine too heavy. We don't take it down basements. So went from $93 to 401 dollars without him, even showing up to look at the situation thanks again thomas

I can only say very positive things about Anthony. Although my problem was not completely resolved that day, it wasn’t for lack of effort. Anthony was very thorough, took time the time to answer my questions and concerns. I was also very impressed that they were able to come out within a couple of hours of calling the office. I would highly recommend Summers plumbing and heating.
