  Tom answered my phone call and within 30 minutes arrived to give me a quotation for a new 240 volt 30 amp circuit for a new clothes dryer which was being installed later that afternoon. His team arrived within 3 hours and completed the work. Professionally and cleanly installed by a friendly and courteous staff at a fair price. I certainly did not anticipate same day service, but everything I needed to be finished within 4 hours was outstanding and beyond my expectation. I highly recommend Tom and his company. Bill Thomas

  I called Tom from Phase 1 Electric at 9 a.m. this morning, and he came out the same day to give me a quote. Within just a couple of hours, he had a team at my house ready to get the job done. The crew ran an Ethernet cable from my garage to the second floor washroom, where my Ethernet box is located. They went above and beyond, fishing the wire through both my house attic and the attic in my garage to make sure everything was done neatly and correctly. Even when they hit a small hiccup, they didn’t stop or take shortcuts—they were determined to finish the job right and wouldn’t leave until everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied. If I could give these guys a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. I’ll definitely be calling Tom again soon to have his team install a breaker for my sauna and add some outdoor lighting for nighttime. Thank you again, Tom and the Phase 1 Electric team—you’ve earned a lifelong customer!
