Absolutely amazing service from the very first communication to the installation and post‑installation check‑in. Kris oversaw and provided great support, and the installation team had everything done within 2 hours. The whole process from start to finish took just a week. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the experience. It was easy to spec and order the shed. The installation was on time. Derek Carr and his team are to be commended for making it happen without any drama. One suggestion I have is to make the on-line tool capable of saving a design so users can iterate the spec. Great job!

We purchased a garage design and build in August 2020. we went with tuff shed because they were one of the few companies to build on a concrete slab. I would not go with them again after our experience. We had multiple issues with tuff shed after the design process. The design process was simple and easy. After signing the contract in 8/2020 we had a build date of october 2020. Our shed was not built until June 2021. This was mainly due to tuff shed not turning in the correct documents to get a building permit. The permit process which should take 2-4 weeks took over 6 months and had to be resubmitted several times. Then Tuff shed agreed to coordinated with the concrete company to tell them the specifications that was needed for the shed. I gave that information to the sales rep who said he would reach out. One week prior to the concrete being poured tuff shed reached out to see if the concrete company was going to pour footers. I gave him the contact information again to the concrete company. The concrete company on day of the slab pour did not poor footers as tuff shed never made contact to go over the specifications, which caused the shed to fail inspection, once it was completed. Tuff shed had poor communication during the radiation process. It was elevated to the manager in Louisville, KY who reached out once and never made contact with me again. After 4 months of not hearing from tuff shed another manager from Cincinnati, OH called and said the shed would be torn down if this was not resolved in several weeks. They wanted us to pay for the concrete company to retro pour footer at a cost of over $4,000. I had asked about obtaining a structural engineer's service to eval the structure 16x16, to see if footers are necessary. The manager laughed and said no engineer would sign his name to that. The manager wanted me to call the city inspector and talked to him. The manager said the city was being unreasonable and hard to work with. During a very busy day in my office in between seeing patients I called the city inspector. Had a nice 10 minutes conversation and found out all they needed was a letter from a engineer stating the structure did not need footers. After another 30 minutes calling several engineering firms I was able to find a structural engineer to come out and inspect the shed. I discuss this with the tuff shed manager in Ohio. He said he would reimburse the cost of $850 for the engineer fee. Within 72 hours we had a stamped letter clearing our structure that was turned into the city and the inspection was then approved. After several attempts to get reimbursed I have not heard anything. My emails, calls, and texts are going unheard. This is not a professional way to treat clients. I would not use tuff shed every again and would not recommend them to anyone. We have not had any apologies from the company for their mistakes or the almost one year it took to build the shed.

I loved the ability to build the shed online and submit a request for it. After doing so, the salesperson who worked with me was friendly and not pushy and the project manager was patient has I still had to find someone remove the old shed. (I would have really loved if Tuff Shed could have done that for us.) On the day of installation, it became clear that we had measured incorrectly, and the shed we purchased wasn’t going to fit in our location. The on-site builder coordinated with our salesperson to make adjustments with only one day’s delay. I was ecstatic that they found a solution to my mistake and took care of it all so promptly.
