  My furnace quit working and Thornton responded quickly to my request for an appointment. They thoroughly went through all of my options for a new furnace and installation went smooth. I would highly recommend.

  Very expensive and over-charged with no follow up by this company. Installed a $40 part with an hour of labor and was charged nearly $1k for installing a cap on a propane gas line. Get multiple quotes for your work before choosing this company. I used this company for years at multiple properties and was extremely overcharged this time. Pricing has increased dramatically since acquired by Mission Mechanical.

  We recently had our HVAC system cleaned and serviced, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The technician was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were very thorough in their work, making sure the system was running efficiently and safely.

  I was not at home. My sister was. I was on the phone and he did such a good job working with the two of us. We were working out where to install a grab bar and hand shower for my return after surgery. His suggestions were essential. And besides being perfectly functional it looks great. We were both very impressed. He walked into a tough situation did a great job. I couldn’t be happier!
