However, Mad City salesperson was not clear that the cabinets were vinyl clad and not a wood product. We were misled. This is not a project that is financially feasible to redo.

- JKJoe KallenbachDec 15, 20251.0MCWB- 20+ hours for 5 windows (all but 1 on ground level). Competitor-completed the same amount in less than 6 hours (3/5 were second story). MCWB- windows had to be re-caulked due to pits and cleaning up around the windows. Had to point it out during the final walk through. Foreman told wife “it’ll be fine”. Competitor, didn’t even know they were there with the level of professionalism and a fully SEALED window on inside and out, without having to point out defects. Should have remained with the competitor. MCWB and competitor were very similar in price., within $500. Regret providing business for Mad City Windows and Bath - Indianapolis.
