- KSKyle SchwabNov 4, 20251.0Full Circle installed our kitchen flooring. In less than 4 years the tiles popped up. Form multiple other contractors it appears to be an installation problem of poor thinset coverage. We have asked them to do two things. 1. Come out and take a look at it in person themselves and give us their opinion on why it failed. 2. Let us know what tile was used so we can fix the broken sections with matching tiles. They have promised to help with both but have failed to do so in two months. In fact they have gone radio silent. I for one expect when you have tile installed that it should last longer than 4 years.
