We contacted Bolden’s for air duct and dryer vent cleaning and were in need of it on urgent basis. This was also about 2 weeks before Christmas, so I wasn’t too hopeful they’d be able to come out. But, Nick and Mark both contacted me immediately, and Mark was very pleasant, clear, and thorough in explaining pricing and the process. Their pricing was beyond reasonable, considering they were doing all of the vents and dryer vent in our 3,100 sq foot home. Logan and Colby were our techs, and they were terrific. They both had great personalities and were also clear and thorough in explaining what they were going to do, and in how the clean-out was going as they worked. They showed us some mold they’d found and explained next steps for that. Logan and Colby took extra care in cleaning up after they were done and left very little to vacuum up around the vents they cleaned out. They moved all the furniture back as well. As parents of a toddler, this was beyond appreciated! The air in our home now feels lighter and cleaner, and they couldn’t have made this urgent undertaking easier for us. We’re so appreciative of Bolden’s for helping us out on an urgent basis, and for their time and care in the service they delivered. We’d highly recommend them!
