- NYNoodle YangFeb 10, 20261.0very horrible experience .I have 1 bed room house ,call them for central heat and cool.they told me mini splits work better and save more utilities bills.they put 3 mini splits,charged me $11000. 1 in the kitchen, 1 in bedroom, 1 in the living room. and guess what... when I go to the bathroom, freeze my butt every time ,and frozen my plumbing pipes, too,and I have to put a space heater in the bathroom. our center point bill $560 lastmonth.and less a year, one of the mini split stop working, and they charged me $200 to fix it .😞

I received a phone call from the company before 7am to discuss what my issues were. By 11a my technician was at my home. Kevin was wonderful and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. He resolved our heating problem. He also gave me information on current services for my system to be clean regularly through out the year. We plan to take advantage of these opportunities. Thank you A+Derr and a big thank you to Kevin for being so quick and efficient. We will continue to recommend your company!
