They Where on time to our home on Tuesday morning Nov 11, 2025 to remove our Old 1992 York HAVC System and Install a 2025 brand new Lennox HVAC. Ian and Addisons work ethic and step by step skills and planning, they wasted no time working together and in an outside atmospheric temp of 25 degrees! Shirley and I were impressed. We didn’t have to do nothing. They were very helpful to us and very polite! They answered all of our questions! We were impressed with Ian videoing all of the installation of heating system from beginning to end with illustrations to show us what was installed and how everything works, Very Professional Installation. He help us to understand a New Indoor air filtering system that we want Ian and Addison to come back and install later. We are very thankful for IAN HARTZ AND ADDISON B. Very Nice Experience! The unit is so nice and you can’t hear the unit run! Thanks Gentlemen!! And APLUSDERR!!

I'm so glad that I did, Nick, very pleasant, came by, discussed my options and price. With A+Derr, I found that I could purchase a better quality, high efficiency furnace, at a lower cost, plus a tax rebate! Adam was at my home the very next morning with another service man. Adam was very nice, these two men had my new Lennox furnace installed within 6 hours or less. Everything went great, looks good, running great. I'm a very happy customer, thank you! A+Derr
