Edit to reply: I HAVE called to report my concerns. Many times. No one with any authority calls me back. I just wanted communication. That is the point. All communication has been on my end.

Good communication and notice. Today, very prompt, polite and answered all my questions. Very pleasant young man!

To start when my unit was first installed the technician were unprofessional, sitting into on top of my brand new unit for their break and left the trash in my yard. Come to find out the unit that was installed was the wrong size for my house so that had to be corrected, they took care of that however nothing for the inconvenience or the fact I had to put other things on hold until they could complete the work in my back yard. Since the new/correct unit was installed the thermostat was never reset and would not allow the date to be set ( STILL doesn’t). To make matters worse they sold and installed a bad part which caused my heat pump to constantly force into emergency heat sky rocketing my electric bill (over 10 times its normal amount). The technician who came out and discovered the issue was a complete jerk the whole time. I have since attempted to speak with someone regarding this and to resolve the issue since the extreme increase was due to the bad part but still no response.
