- HTHeather Turek3 days ago1.0This company does not care about the customer experience. Their goal is to hurry up and install it so their installers get credit. And 90% of the time it is not installed correctly because they hire people who do not know what they are doing. And then when you call in to get service because it is incorrect they want to put you off because they don’t care. They’ve already made their money for the install. Do not use them!!!

- SSSeth SpainApr 20, 20261.0Horrible experience with A+Derr. Sent a tech out and charged me nearly 200 dollars for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for my system. Only option was to get a whole new HVAC system. Had a second opinion, and they diagnosed and repaired my system for 400 dollars. A+derr said a new system would cost anywhere between 12-15 thousand. I’ve talked to several techs who used to work there and have been told they are a very sales heavy company. Beware of using this company. They will screw you over.

They won't contact you to schedule and when you contact them you have to wait 3 months for an appointment. Keep in mind I have no choice because they already have my money. You pay the for contract in advance. This is an ongoing problem that A+ Derr has no desire to fix as I spoke to them a year ago with the same problem. Terrible scheduling.
