  TCT has previously provided carpeting and vinyl plank flooring in our home and has always done a very good job. On our most recent installation they came back to correct an area that I was not satisfied with. They agreed with my concern and quickly corrected it. As a realestate broker, my wife has recommended TCT to several of her clients. They all were very satisfied with the responsiveness and quality of workmanship.

  So I didn’t want to give a 1 star just because most of the stuff before the measurement was fine. Got a $2600 quote to do 280 sqft of vinyl flooring. Guy came to measure and he said someone would contact me from their office(they sent me the price which I responded to and said I want to schedule). I never heard anything after asking to schedule. I instantly looked elsewhere and found better quality flooring from a company with alot more reviews for $1950. So something was off with this considering I was tearing my carpet out and the tack strips prior to install anyways. That being said. Glad I went somewhere else and love my new flooring. Thank you for not calling me or emailing me back. You saved me a lot of money

  It was clear from the beginning that Travis and his team know what they are doing. They worked with us at every step. They were prompt and the installation was great. They are very fair in pricing and thoroughly explained carpeting and flooring options. I have already recommended them to a friend and he is having them do his carpet! Highly recommend!

  TCT put the most beautiful floors in my home. We have several elderly pups we have taken in and carpet was just not going to cut it! TCT came out and put my floors in with no questions asked. (Even fixed the parts I thought I could do on my own🤣) they took great care with my furniture, and even loved on my pups a bit! All in all really great company with really great people working for them!

  Travis and his team were awesome! Shortly after I requested a quote for bathroom updates, Travis came out to our new-to-us home and gave me detailed info on what he could do. His price was exactly what we’d hoped for, so we hired him. Work started early the next week. A three day job quickly escalated, though, when the team found lots of water damage. They didn’t skip and beat and fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. The team spent lots of time at our home until it was right. Now we get to move in with brand new bathrooms with no more leaks, but a lot more comfort and style!
