THey also wore shoe covers which I really prefer.They Also cleaned up well after installing everything. I would highly recommend them and MRS for a job well done.

- JMJena MoreyFeb 5, 20265.0Guys! Dustin was the MVP and hero of the extreme cold snap we had! Our furnace went out and the house quickly went down to 49 degrees. I couldn’t get anyone to answer my calls from other companies but as soon as we called MRS, they answered right away and prioritized our job. Dustin was reassuring and arrived quickly and got the finance fixed quickly. He even stayed to make sure it was working and the in house temperatures were climbing. The extreme cold probably had the service crew so busy, but he was professional and prompt. 10/10 would use MRS for every issue! Great communication with texts updating timeline as well. We are so impressed.

He saved me from a flooded floor! And , got a new water heater installed for me the next morning! What a life saver!! Highly recommend MRS Lacy Plumbing!
- LSLinda SchnautzJan 26, 20265.0Our furnace went out on the worse nights of them all with below freezing temperatures and 15" of snow without seeing a snow plow come through our street. I called MRS after hours service. Eric responded quickly and came right over, arriving within 30 minutes of my initial call to MRS. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our furnace working lickety split. We like Eric as he has serviced our heating and air before. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and usually able to take care of our needs on the first visit. We are very satisfied with MRS and have used their services since they have been in business. We also have their "Gold Plan" which saved us $150 for after hours service. We couldn't be happier.
