My furnace stopped working so I called MRS when Ricky arrived he was in my house for 9 min and said we had a bad heat exchanger and needed a new furnace. He then showed my wife a photo of a heat exchanger with a crack. Might I add this photo was taken before he arrived at my house. Next the heat exchanger he showed was not even the type of heat exchanger my furnace has. After my wife paid for the new furnace we got a 2nd opinion because something didnt seem right. It was determined the only thing wrong with my furnace was a bad igniter. When we went to MRS the supervisor made things right with us. Then a few days ago we ran into a friend and they were talking about how their furnace went out. So we were talking about our furnace issue with them. And conveniently Ricky is the guy that showed up to their house the same day and told them that the same thing was wrong with their furnace as he told us. They got a second opinion and he lied to them as well. So use extreme caution is all we advise.
