The first time I needed an HVAC company I called a competitor because they had done the original install. They condemned the unit and told my wife she needed a whole new outside unit. She called me at work to tell me the news and I told her to hold off. I contacted Oeffinger and Mark sent a technician out right away. Less than $300 later we were back in business with no attempt to upsell me. Once again Oeffinger is my only call. They never have let me down! Thank you Mark
