  I just want to say thank you to everyone, from Debbie who answered the phone asking how she could make my day better to Justin who came out and assessed the problem taking his time to walk me through everything he found and going over our options to James and Jonah who did the removal and installation on our new furnace. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful and when the guys were finished they made sure to leave everything as they found it. These are situations no one wants to deal with but you all made it stress free.

  The technicians were professional and made me feel at ease as they worked the problem. Found the leak and fixed it then covered all aspects of their work in a way my wife and I understood completely. Fair rates and quick, efficient work. I will use them again if I have another emergency.

  I can’t say enough good things about Greenwell Plumbing. They came out the same day I called and worked around my schedule, which was a huge relief. The technicians explained every step of the process and made sure I understood what was being done. They stayed over four hours in the evening to fully complete the job, which really showed their dedication. The pricing was fair, everyone was friendly, and the service went above and beyond my expectations. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

  Completely Unprofessional!! Was told a time frame from 5-9pm 5 o’clock came and went then 6, nothing, so at 7 I called the office. Only to have a AI bot tell me that my schedule appointment wasn’t until 9:30-11 pm. I got no call to let me know of this time change. I was upset but I was hopeful that they would be there at 9:30-11pm to snake my sanitary line . lo and behold, a freaking No show, no call, nothing . I called the office multiple times throughout this and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone until the very last call. For them to tell me Sorry, we were busy and short on help. It takes a few seconds to make a call or text your customer and say we are changing the time frames or we are not going to make it. They couldn’t do the bare minimum. I will never call this company and I will warn anyone that requests a referral for a good plumbing service to stay away from them. They probably won’t show up anyways.

  I originally had Greenwell come out because our tub wouldn't drain and toilet would gurgle and bubble while showering. We then had to plunge toilet for tub to drain. They came out on a Saturday, snaked it, ran water showed and it looked fine in those couple seconds. Sunday the same thing happened so I called first thing Monday morning and someone came out that afternoon. They cleaned the trap out in the pipes downstairs which was clean, ran water for me, flushed toilet, again looked fine. A shower was taken Monday night, drain backed up, but toilet wouldn't flush at all after this shower and when we tried to to get the shower to drain by plunging toilet brown water started coming up into tubas well. Each time I had to have a technician out it got worse, I had to keep canceling clients in order to be home in the ridiculous time window plus the time a technician would be here and I paid $640 for something that still isn't working right. All they want to do now is redo my pipes that I have been told by one of the technicians without an estimate could possibly be on the low end of $2500-3000 for the small amount that they say is under the bathroom. I've lived here 27 years and never had an issue with any of the plumbing pipes. They are pvc and all the pics and camera footage I was shown weren't awful looking either
