I called Greenwell Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and they were out with a tech early Monday. I feel that is great service. Tommy Works was the technician. Tommy did a great job and explained very clearly what he considered the problem. That was very helpful for me.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Had an appointment yesterday they ran behind on a job and had to reschedule. Fortunately for the next day, today they went to the wrong address due to their error, so they reschedule AGAIN. I called back they offered a coupon but said they could still come today. Thats great I said let's do it. 5 min later I got a text they've rescheduled for Monday without our knowledge and no one will be home. They DO NOT value their customers time as their appointments are a 6-7 hour window and one of us has been home waiting for them to show up. Find someone else.

Previous repair sprung a leak and then hot water line busted. Called for service. Plumber who showed up to provide estimate not professional in conduct, gave estimate and we called office to request a tech we were familiar with. 7 days later, after promises of appts set and rescheduled, of having no hot water and many days of no water at all, we went with someone else. Greenwell was great when privately owned. Now it's too big to care.

Dylan went above and beyond all expectations. He identified the water leak in the hot water heater and gave us options on what to do next. He replaced it the same day. Very quickly and neatly. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all our questions and made it a great experience. You are lucky to have such an employee working for you.
