We have been in business since 1985. M-Line Electric can take any electrical project from inception to completion. We will take a close look at each project, listen to our customer's needs, make recommendations, come to an agreement, and then proceed with a well prepared plan that is cost effective and completed in an efficient manner. We can take any electrical project, from the design phase with the power company, to building the service, power wiring, lighting, control wiring and any other electrical requirements. M-Line can install or upgrade any electrical service. We have installed services as large as 4,000 amps. We can install 1-phase or 3-phase services. We are equipped with 2 bucket trucks to install or repair overhead lines.

The unit was installed in just a couple of weeks (on a day it was snowing) by 4 kind, respectful, hard-working, and knowledgeable men. They finished in just 5 hours. The power was only out for a couple of hours. Then, Tim helped me with the power company. I highly recommend M-Line Electric!
- JCJustin ClevengerNov 30, 20251.0Good people as long as you never need a repair..... 7 year extended warranty INCLUDING TECH TIME AND TRAVEL, they are demanding i pay for them to come out..... generac them selves says it is covered. Even have it isolated for them.... the controller has failed, it is putting out really wonky voltage on term 194. Instead ov12+ VDC it is droping to 6 VDC and then zero then back to about 14.5 then drops, then zero, with the transfer switch wire disconnected.... generac them selves says the repair and time and emergency repair is covered.... mline says I must pay. Never will I use them again.
- KJK JohnsonNov 20, 20255.0We hired Mline electric to buy and install an Generac generator. The 2-team installers were great, efficient and very neat. We were very pleased. We had one little glitch with the generator starting and because of Mline monitoring our generator, a technician was at our house at 8:30 am before I had the time to call Mline on my own. It turns out it was loose connection and we are back to “good to go.” We are very pleased with Mline’s follow up service and cannot recommend them more highly. The Johnson family from South Bend.

They came out and got me a quote quickly and got me on the schedule for the soonest day the power company was available for a disconnect. The new panel looks fantastic, and I'm glad to finally have 200 amps at the house.
- WVWilliam VazquezNov 4, 20253.0Purchased a 26k whole house generator with a 200 amp transfer panel Generac for a new home build, which did not go as expected. Installation and follow up should have been better considering the expense. Went with M-Line for code adherence to avoid any resale issues. However, the M-Line installers were not on the same page. The transfer panel and gas line was installed at framing by the builder with no issues. The 105 ft wiring and Generac 26k unit was installed by M-Line twice. The initial generator installation was 2 ft off location code to the air conditioner. Apparently the installers were not made aware of specific location requirements. The issue was remedied the next day but with further new landscaping disruption because of additional trench digging to move gas line and wire. No functionality demonstration was provided, nor has a product satisfaction follow up occurred. A Google search provided a "how to test" the unit. Overall, the sales to installation communication should have been better to provide a satisfying experience.
