  Mitch and his crew are wonderful. Me and my wife had some foundational issues and sponginess to our floor we wanted to fix. Mitch came and assessed our problems and we ended up getting steel beams put in, new rim board, sill plate, and a full encapsulation. Now our floor doesn’t sink, our home value has gone up, and me and my wife couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for great work at an affordable price go with encapsulations down under!

  We had a basement flood during the heavy rains in the first week of March. The basement did not have a sump pit. We had a sump pit dug and installed, while water was still coming up through the floor of the basement. John did a great job of getting the pump operating to mitigate any further damage to the basement. He was professional, flexible, and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to use encapsulations down under for future needs!

  I always get nervous when searching for a reliable and affordable company to do work on my house, but Encapsulations Down Under was incredible. Mitch was punctual and polite and didn’t try to push me into anything. His quote was very reasonable and his team was clean and hard-working. It was a very stress-free experience.

  I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. My partner and I bought our first house, and the foundation was a complete disaster. I had no idea what needed completed, but Mitch walked us through the whole process, and I never once felt pressured. His customer service was kind and honest, and he made sure I understood and felt secure in my decision to work with them. The crew that came out was fantastic, polite, and very thorough. They were also super understanding of my hectic schedule and worked through that inconvenience with a patience that I am incredibly thankful for. I cannot emphasize enough the difference I feel as I walk through our house. If I ever need any foundation/crawlspace work again, I will be contacting them again.
