  I had a main drain clog and was told I could be put on a waiting list or have an appointment the next day. They called that afternoon with a cancelation. Devon came out, assessed the situation, and was in and out in under an hour! He was very nice and professional. Definitely recommend using their services.

  Wonderful experience from start to finish! The technician, Kenny, was very professional as well as personable. He went above and beyond, and it was very evident that he has a good work ethic. There wasn’t any doubt when he left, that the job was done and done well. Would definitely recommend this company!

  Very knowledgeable and friendly service! They were very thorough to make sure nothing was missed and the problem was just that.. the problem and nothing more . Explained what was going on while fixing the problem , they got in and out, problem fixed everything is running great again ! Would recommend them to anyone !!

  Devon and his partner were amazing both times they came out to the house! (First for a quote and then to complete the work) both were extremely friendly and you could tell how much they enjoyed working together. They completed a huge job after our sewer pipe was crushed with a gas placement. It was expected they would be here all day and were done by 1pm. Highly recommend Tyler's if you need plumbing work! The ladies in the office were extremely friendly also! I believe Lindsay was who I worked with.

  I got a call from Austin and he refunded the 110 as well as gave us a free 1 year customer care agreement as there was a mistake and we were not supposed to be charged the 110 to begin with. I’m pleasantly surprised as I was not expecting a follow up call at all, but the level of care, to go above and beyond for a non customer is so refreshing. Thank you so much!!! So when I called to schedule my appointment, I told them exactly what needed replaced- the main water shut off valve in the house. I asked for pricing, to which they told me 110 for the service call plus repair costs- now when it’s phrased that way, I assumed we were looking at like max $3-400 max. Yes I should’ve asked more questions, but we just bought our house, we’ve got a million things to fix, repair, and get moving so we can move in so asking further questions didn’t happen, that’s my fault. They also told me their schedule was wide open for Friday, and that any appointments after 4pm are after hours pricing so we scheduled it for 3pm and I left work early to make sure I was there. By 3:30 no communication so I called to make sure we were still on the schedule and that we wouldn’t be charged after hours pricing. The lady said no after hours charge and that our tech was currently at another service call and would be on his way shortly. He showed up at almost 7pm, came in, gave me a quote of almost $700 which we could not afford, and I still had to pay him 110 for standing in my house to give me a quote on repairs. Yes I agreed to the 110 and paid him with no complaints but my issue is this quote for repairs could have and SHOULD have been given over the phone, especially since I had already informed them of what exactly needed replaced. So paying $110 for a tech to come stand in my house for 2 minutes and tell me what I already know, I feel robbed. I wasted my money, and I left work early so I lost money that day. I will say everyone I spoke with was very polite, but that experience was quite honestly a waste of time, money, and as someone who works 6 days a week just to make sure bills are paid, wasting $110 like that made me very upset. We did not have them complete the service, we called and local contractor who did the work on a Saturday morning for half the cost. Oh and he didn’t show up almost 4 hours after a scheduled appointment either. So if you work hard for your money and don’t want to feel like your wasting it, don’t work with this company. They might do great work, but their process is flawed
