  I had a great experience with Home Comfort Experts. Their team was prompt, professional, and very reliable from start to finish. They arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and kept me informed throughout the process. A special thank you to Trey Jarvis, who did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and fixing it thoroughly. Since his repair, the valve has not leaked at all, which speaks to the quality of his work and attention to detail. I truly appreciate the timely service and dependable workmanship. I would highly recommend Home Comfort Experts to anyone looking for honest and efficient service.

  (leaving this review on behalf of my mother): Home Comfot Experts always delivers excellent service with the most courteous representatives and technicians. their customer service and scheduling is a breeze. i always have wonderful techs to prepare my HVAC for each season as well as replace items in my home over the five years living here. i remain a member year after year and believe you get what you pay for with HCE. in addition to the install of two new Toto toilets to the recent upgrade of a water heater to support my new walk-in tub (sincerest thanks to Miguel and Jayden!), i feel very comfortable knowing the experts are taking care of me and my home. thank you to all those past and future techs who’ve come to my home on Tawny Lake and always trying to wear their booties inside. so respectful and kind of each of you. thank you again.

  I was happy when they installed my furnace and AC unit. But now they reschedule my service appointments A couple times every time. And every time they reschedule it’s a month or two out. I’m a service agreement customer and this is how they treat their service agreement customers. I asked to talk to a supervisor I’m always told they are unavailable. Worst customer service I’ve ever had from a service agreement company.

  Firstly let me begin by saying I have an annual maintenance contract with Home Comfort Experts (that I just renewed and I’m regretting) A technician came in March to provide this annual service maintenance on my furnace. A short time later, I found that the furnace wasn’t working properly after this visit. Another technician came out to check it out only to discover that the previous technician had forgotten to connect the capacitor! Less than 30 days later, my furnace stopped working! It was just blowing cold air. I called your office (again) early yesterday morning and was told the earliest someone could come out was the following day. When I asked what time frame to expect the technician, I was told that they couldn’t narrow the window of technician’s arrival time. The best that they could do was let me know 30 minutes before arrival. Do you not have some form of scheduling for your technicians so that they know where they are going and what they are working on??? Previously, I was at least given a time frame (morning or afternoon). I was “tied” to my home all day awaiting the phone call. The technician arrived at 5:00 pm which meant that someone in the office clearly knew that no one was coming to my house that morning and could’ve easily informed me that I could expect an afternoon appointment. If that weren’t bad enough, the technician said the problem with the furnace was “lack of maintenance”! The burner in the furnace had NOT been cleaned during the previous “maintenance” call and as a result the pilot could not turn on! THREE visits to do routine maintenance on a furnace is concerning! I was charged for each visit for Home Comfort Experts’ ineptness! At the very least, I think I deserve a refund on those return technician visits! Also, it was very frustrating trying to get to a live person and getting past A.I. Sarah!

  They will rip you off faster than u can say water. Do not go to them. They charged us $800 to change a switch on my well tank and no results. I had no water. He said my well was probably dry. So we called a well company. When he got here, he said he would have charged us $150 for the switch . Then he messed with our whole house filtration system, and voila…. I have water again. Idk what he did to my filtration system, but it worked. If you need well services call tlc well company! Wonderful ppl and very helpful and knowledgeable.
