  This is an excellent, organized, and thoughtful company. Not only do they arrive within the time window, they are polite and kind, taking the time to reassure and answer any questions. When my thermostat died and I was freaking out because I was afraid my hvac had died, the lady on the phone walked me through checking it and fixing it rather than waiting for a tech. Thank you for making me feel safe.

  We had Steven and James come out today. These men were amazing! Very informative and professional!! Explained everything they were going to do and DID IT!! We purchased the membership they offered. We will ALWAYS call Tylers!! They are the best!! By the way...the commercial sold me to call! Very satisfied with the service from our guys Steven and James!!

  The technician Jose was great, however he was not aware of what I needed to have done and had to go out for supplies. This added 50 minutes to the service. I talked to a scheduler in the office so I don’t know why that information wasn’t passed along. The cost was pretty high. After taking time off of work and sitting around waiting for this to be complete, I wasn’t going to do this again, so I just paid it.

  We had never used this firm before, but had our heat go out in a relatively new system with cold weather closing in. The first snow of the season is tonight. Tyler‘s is just excellent and in particular Ed Anderson their technician. It took a while, but he was able to diagnose our issue and was thankfully able to source the part within a day. The follow-through in communication within the company and to us was just excellent. Every time we spoke on the phone, they knew the backstory and had quality information to share. Not only was the new part installed within two days of their initial visit, but they reported that it was covered under warranty so only labor would be charged. I have been a home builder in the Chicago area for 35 years and everyone at Tylers treated me as if I had done business with them for that long. Just excellent!

  If I could give 100 stars I would! I switched from an elec range to a gas range but needed the gas lines connected, propane conversion kit put on etc. Chuck arrived this afternoon and introduced himself, very kind, polite, professional and FUNNY. We conversed nearly the entire time he worked but he stayed focused on the job while we had a few (many, many) laughs over life's lemons and doing our best to make lemonade from them. Chuck was very conscientious of making sure he wore booties <ahem> to protect my floors, placed tools on a protective floor mat and just did everything to make sure nothing was harmed in the process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be and even made improvements to the pipe for the propane to enter the house that was sticking out much further than it needed to be that was causing the range to sit a good six inches from the wall (pipe was installed by a different HVAC company a few weeks ago) and even leveled it for me :) This was my very first experience with Tyler Plumbing, Heating & Cooling but it will most certainly NOT be my last (I will be utilizing them to maintain my mini-split system). I will also be recommending Tyler's to anyone and everyone I can that may need the best HVAC company. Also, the two very kind ladies that I worked with on the phone for scheduling technician to come do this job are wonderfully patient, understanding and listen to what you are saying to be able to get the perfect tech assigned to you in regards to what type work you need done. Sorry for the short novel of a review but if you are "on the fence" about what HVAC company to use... call Tyler's.....NOW! :)
