  Scheduled service was on time, we received a call to let us know our service tech was on the way. Kenny arrived and took care of servicing our furnace. He was extremely professional, and clearly possessed a great deal of knowledge and experience in his field. He explained what he checked and presented us with his results so we understood how well (or badly) our furnace was running. Really good experience and decided to get a service plan. Expect we’ll get the same great service for our AC unit in the spring.

  Just moved to the area and used Tyler’s to clean and service our furnace. Kenny did an excellent job, was very personal and informed us how the furnace was running along with making sure we knew exactly what he did. We also used them for some plumbing needs and was just as pleased. Being prior military, it was nice to support a veteran owned company.

  Seems to now be a yearly tradition, but this is now the second year in a row that I have had a plumbing issue and this is now the second time Tyler’s has done a phenomenal job. Devon and James were very efficient, honest, and just overall good people. I had a drain leak from the upstairs into the ceiling and despite the challenges, they never once seemed frustrated or overwhelmed. The price was also very fair. I would recommend Tyler’s to anybody for their plumbing concerns.

  From the time I called, on New Year's Day, to the time Devin got here to fix our plumbing issue, was probably a half hour. Devin's professionalism and his work was excellent. Tylers plumbing now has a new customer. And I want to remind people, this was New Year's Day, and he was here quickly and price was fair.

  I called for a quote on a new unit since I didn’t want to put money into a 25 year old unit. The technician showed up and was wonderful. Explained everything thoroughly even though it only took 10 seconds for him to look at my unit and know it wasn’t worth fixing. He called the office and they called me back with a quote. Everything was great to that point and then he charged me $99. I had three other companies out that day for quotes and to give me advice on my current unit, and not one charged me for a quote/visit. I called the office and inquired about the charge and was told that was how they do it. I have never heard of being charged for a quote. Unfortunately this interaction alone left me with no choice but to go with another company.
