We were told a tech was scheduled for 3:30pm we understand they run into a range of things and can be thrown off schedule however it is 4 hours past that 7:30pm and no one will tell us anything just we will have a tech today. Its late I have kids who need to be in bed soon when someone schedules a time they expect the tech to either be here on time or notified even rescheduled would be better then they will be here sometime I. The night time and at this point thats unlikely

Maintenance on my heating system ended up them finding mold in my pan on the furnace. Bought system that is to clean the mold from the pan and prevent further mold. They did great with explaining the problem , but when I asked if they could remove the mold they said there was no way to get to the pan to do so. Of course I AI’d the problem with the model of HVAC I have there were ways it cold be done. It was explained in Chat GPT, that there were ways for it to be done, just a little more work to do it, even when the pan isn’t accessible. That frustrated me. Otherwise they did a great job. Also they had to replace the motherboard which was under warranty.

Installed my air conditioner backwards (Sucking air through vents and blowing out the return) , they fixed it. Hardly blowing out the ducts. Returned multiple times. Took me filing with the attorney general to get someone out to actually fix the issue. Regional manager or whoever got cross with me because I filed even though it's their fault. During the final inspection my my boiler for the club membership, they tried to tell me I needed a whole new system even though I had it completely refurbished a year ago, when in reality I just replaced a insulation panel and we're two years after that and it still works great. Stay away from this company. They're liars and out for money.

Our system is 5 years old installed by HCE. Our issue was the heat not blowing warm air at all and the fan motor was basically running nonstop while on "auto." The tech, who was really nice, fixed it in less than 5 minutes. For some reason we thought we were "in the club" until 2026, then the office said wait no we're not in the club at all. The tech only charged the club price of $5 so the office could look into the "club issue". We never got an explanation of what our heating issue was and how it was fixed. Less than 12 hours later it didn't work again. Of course now we have to pay yet again to have another tech look at it again. So we have to pay $15 a month to be in the club then another $5 for the tech visit. My main issue is if the heating problem didn't get fixed right the first time why do I have to keep paying people to come back out to fix the same issue day after day? I would have liked an explanation on how it was fixed, in case it's something easy that I could have fixed to prevent someone from needing to come back out.

David’s Customer Service was outstanding! He also engage as well with his clients and answers any and all questions clearly and simply. Additionally, he offered some additional possible equipment/solutions that were available and was able to give us a price, including installation.
I appreciated his thorough inspection and diagnostic work with our rem furnace. He also looked at our air conditioning unit because it has a potential Problem that will be diagnosed at our AC check in the spring. He pointed me in a good direction to find fillers that were a better fit for our Plenum.
Lastly, I appreciated most his conversational engagement about both of our families and some like-minded connections that we would not have Made otherwise.
David is And outstanding example of technical expertise, exemplary, customer service, and in our brief encounter, he demonstrated a high level of professional integrity!
