  We called on Thursday, Feb 26 2026. Explained our situation. The said that they would send someone within a window of time on Friday, Feb 27. We explained that we had to work & would not be available during the window. We requested that the come after 4PM. My husband was at home at 3:30 PM. No one showed up. No one called to say that they would be delayed. We understand delays... Just call & let us know. My husband called the office & they said that they don't have set appointments but they expect the customers to be there at their window of time My husband waited until 7 PM and still no call/show. You do not get a 2nd chance. Not a reliable/ customer centric "service" company.

  Our water heater sprang a terminal leak. Jordan came out after 7 pm to assess the damage. He provided a very fair estimate. We agreed. Alex & Isaac arrived at 9 the next morning & went right to work, keeping us updated on progress. Old heater drained & removed, wet carpet bagged & removed. New unit installed & filled, air vented from pipes. The final price matched the estimate.The men were knowledgeable, efficient, & friendly. They worked well as a team. Project completed in about 2 hours. Best contractor interaction we've had in years!! This business and their staff are exceptional!

  We had Timothy Chencinski come by and answer a ton of questions we had after buying our house two years ago that we were not aware of with our heating/cooling system. He was extremely nice and super understanding and knowledgeable. Once everything was explained and laid out to us we felt like we absolutely had the best plan presented to us by someone who understood our needs and actually listened. This is now our second interaction with Home Comfort Experts after we had a well issue last year and both were phenomenal. We are signed up for the club plan now and are excited for the yearly check ins and help going forward.

  If you’re looking for a technician who actually knows his stuff and treats your home like his own, Pedro Celis is the guy to call. I recently had him out for a furnace inspection, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. Pedro didn’t just breeze through a checklist; he was incredibly thorough, checking every component and taking the time to explain exactly what he was looking at. It’s rare to find someone who balances technical expertise with such a professional, friendly attitude. He was punctual, kept the workspace spotless, and gave me honest feedback without any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. My furnace is running perfectly, and I have total peace of mind heading into the colder months. If you want the job done right the first time, I cannot recommend Pedro highly enough!
