  I never leave reviews but this dude service was too good not to. At first I thought he was doing too much but later I realized he was just wanted to make sure we was pleased with our purchase. My husband and I always research before every big purchase so we thought we know what we wanted 😂 🤣 . This guy Elliot from the Tuff Shed in Merrillville Indiana was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped us choose the perfect shed and made sure we understood everything throughout the process. When issues came up with the door and the loft, Elliot contacted the company multiple times and stayed on them until everything was fully corrected. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. He truly cared about making sure we were informed and satisfied. We highly recommend working with this guy. We went to another location before going to Merrillville but I’m glad we ended up at this location. Good service is paramount even if I spend a dollar but of course when spending thousands of dollars we should expect nothing less then exceptional service. And We love our beautiful contemporary shed. Overall customer service could’ve been better but I gave 5 stars because Elliot was great! Tonya A.

  My fiance and I recently got a new shed when we moved in to our house. We went to Tuff Shed to take a look at some sizes and Elliot helped us put together a quote with all of the things we were looking for. We decided to think about it and during that time, Elliot continued to help us by quoting us a few other sizes and options. After making a final decision, he had the builders out within a week of us ordering. The build was done within just a few hours and the install team were extremely nice. We also appreciated Elliot's call that evening to ensure that everything went smoothly. We are very happy with our choice to use Tuff Shed!

  I am so excited that my shed is finished and I can get my things out of storage. I had been trying to get a shed for quite a while through a store but it never happened. I called Elliot and I could not believe how professional and attentive he was to my needs. He took time to show me sheds available and when I told him what I wanted for my yard he showed me choices for the shed layout. I made the right choice and we had to wait a while for the permit but other than that everything was great, Alberto showed up and I realized that the city of Gary had changed regulations and Alberto got on the phone and we decided to build on the concrete in my yard. Alberto did a great job and he was very considerate and accommodating. GREAT ALL AROUND JOB BY TUFF SHED SALES AND BUILDERS. I AM VERY HSPPY THAT I FINALLY GOT THIS JOB AND WITH SUCH PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I will recommend Elliot to anyone who needs and wants to have a shed built in their yard,
