- PMPat McIntireDec 17, 20251.0We had Hudson install a new hot water heater 2 years ago, the next day we noticed the water was a bit off in color, they returned 2 days later and said it was the old water softener(it was old) so we had someone else install a new one. The next day the water was really off in color. We had the water tested and was told it was OK. We called Hudson back out a few weeks ago and the game plan was to clean it out and replace the heating elements well that didn't work($500) so we call someone else and they replaced it and all set. Be careful who you use and keep track and everything when it comes to service and warranty.
