- JWJoe WeimerNov 9, 20251.0The people at Summer’s are very friendly. HOWEVER their pricing makes no sense. I was quoted a water softener installed at nearly $5,000. I called Culligan Water for the same installation and the cost was $1500. I called another company and the same results, clearly Summer’s is working to generate high profits. This is not the first time I have seen this issue with Summer’s. While their team is knowledgeable, their pricing model must be fixed. And be aware if you pay for their furnace tune up or other maintenance services you need to be prepared for a pressured sales pitch at the end of the inspection. Always get a second opinion when dealing with Summer’s Heating and Cooling.
