- BPBarbara Pennington2 days ago5.0Thomas not only fixed the broken part on our geothermal, but he also stayed until it was operating correctly. He found a hook up that was installed incorrectly. We have two of these units heating our house. This unit has always been the “problem unit” despite being the newer of the two. Countless technicians have been here and have charged us to misdiagnose or to fix nothing. I’m hopeful that this is the fix that changes everything. Thank you Thomas!
- FRFredric Ratliff6 days ago5.0After a bad sewer backup and flooding, called Summer's for emergency service. Seth was able to respond and begin diagnosing the problem within 2 hours. He quickly found the problem and got the line clear enough until replacement can be made in a few days. He also helped get a emergency water remediation company out same night to get started on cleanup. Seth also got the hvac back on for heat and helped setup follow-up service for the hvac system. Thank you for the help getting things stabilized and minimizing the damage.

Daim has wonderful customer service and ver knowledgeable with the unit he installed. Kyan was very professional and polite. I'd recommend them to do anyone's installed. While they was installing the unit they noticed a water leak. Told them to fix it. Daim promptly called and and getting plumbers out to fix it also. Again thanks guys you have my business. Welcome to stop by the house anytime your near. Be safe out there .
- CMCassiday MoriarityDec 31, 20255.0beat he other quote, respectful, and called instead of just knocking (loved this haha) will update after work complete update: after work complete, included photo for others to see the aftermath. overall, it was an annoying job replacing the cast iron for them. but for the price cant beat it. the only thing I wish was a quote on also getting the water off the floor, but my brother said to just use a shopvac.

As our daughter and son-in-law had recently bought a furnace from Summers, we contacted them. We ended up purchasing a new heat pump on a Saturday. Kyan Bales and Dane (did not catch his last name, unfortunately) came Monday morning, got right to work, and by 6pm, we had a working heating system and were warm for the first time in several days! Kyan walked us through the thermostat settings, and all is working great! We like that Summers has a yearly maintenance plan that can be purchased for a reasonable price, for both heating and plumbing. Thank you, Summers!
