    I scheduled an appointment with Summers Plumbing and Heating through their AI system specifically for air duct cleaning, and was quoted $69. A couple days later I called to confirm, and suddenly the quote had changed to $99. I again made it very clear I wanted air duct cleaning. When the technician arrived, he told me all he was there to do was a furnace tune-up, which is not what I scheduled or asked for. After I explained (again) that I wanted my air ducts cleaned, he then quoted me over $1,000 for the service. This whole experience felt misleading and poorly communicated from start to finish. The pricing changed, the scheduled service wasn’t what I requested, and I ended up feeling like my time was wasted. I hope they improve communication between their scheduling system and technicians so future customers don’t run into the same issue.

    The most patient and thorough person I have met that was a plumber, technician, or handyman. Walked me through every detail and option and explained why and which route would be best without pressuring me into a Sale or decision. 10/10 I would recommend John to anyone and everyone.

    CODY THOMAS did a great job! He made sure he understood the jobs we wanted done and took time to answer any questions we had. He did all he could to keep our house air clean and his work place. Cleaned up completely before he left and showed me how the new equipment worked. Out standing job. *Price seemed high but we've not had this kind of work done lately. ** Didn't like we didn't receive written bill and have to pick one up! Should text or Email the bill. *** Liked photo of person coming to do the work!

    I appreciate everything that Dylan described to me and everything he was going to do for me on the HVAC system and we're getting it done quickly as I thought it would be. But I appreciate everything that Dylan has done and that and I would like him to come back and do it again and check everything. So I appreciate everything that he's done and there's a great guy

    Thomas was great! He did a thorough investigation on our issues and laid out several different options with pricing for possible solutions. He walked me through all of them and was very transparent and honest. We selected an option and he came back the next day and performed the work and fixed the issue at a VERY affordable price. Couldn’t be happier! He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him to others.
