Have now been using them for regular maintenance. Every interaction from the install to the maintenance visits has been professional, on time, with great communication. Our heating and a/c bills have decreased around 20-25%.

Never had to worry about their servicemen in the unit when I couldn’t be there to oversee what they were doing. And they answer their phone, more than I can say for most of the other ppl that helped upkeep the unit!

Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood what we hoped to achieve. He presented three options in our budget that also met our comfort needs the same day in which the initial walkthrough occurred. He understood and outlined common weak points unique to our pre-war two-story home and offered clear, realistic solutions. While we haven’t yet committed to Family for our project, it’s clear they had the best options. I hope to provide an update if and when we proceed with the project in the very near future. He was thorough on providing education on our furnace, providing quotes, and efficient in the work performed. I felt very taken care of as a customer. We will be relying solely on Family Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our future furnace and HVAC needs in the future, as a result of how great our experience was.
