- SBSameerudin BahaApr 16, 20261.0I can't rate them more than one star because they didn't show up. I called them for more than 10 times and after a ring the answering machine would start talking. Left them a voice but still didn't hear back. Drove for 35 min, waited for one and half hour no one showed up and drove again for 35 min back to work. This is not the way they should do business.

We called Powell on a Sunday to get a quote on replacing our furnace and air conditioner, Todd was at our home 45 minutes later and we had a quote in hand on a Sunday evening. They didn't try to upsell or pressure us. They were quick to install and everything worked great! Since then, our water heater failed and flooded our basement, I called 15 minutes before they closed but that didn't phase them. Gary was able to come out to our home with a gravity pump to help mitigate the water in our basement and they are going to install a replacement the very next day. They very clearly value their customers and have consistently gone above and beyond for us!!
