  Steve’s Overhead Door is always fast and efficient when assessing an issue and repairing it. A technician was on site and the door issue was repaired within just a couple hours of calling today, and that’s been standard for the two or three times I’ve needed them to come out. They are also always friendly on top of being helpful with their knowledge.

  I emailed requesting prices for a garage door consultation and repair. I recieved a response within the hour and told someone would be on their way immediately. The whole process took less than an hour! They also understood my current financial situation and was willing to work together to find the best solution for everyone. HIGHLY recommend!!

  The Crew was very knowledgeable, helped me on the keypad that was giving me problems. He told me 2-3 hrs, and they were spot on. We walked through everything that had been done and replaced, including the entire door, springs, rails, and trim that had been there 27+ yrs. He told me what to do on calling, and grease, and what type. This crew was nothing less than very respectful to my family and I. I would definitely recommend Steve's Overhead Door for repairs, routine maintenance, or just questions and information about your investment. I also like them because they are about local firm, that I can call on if any issue arises. 5 Stars from me!

  Backed in the driveway at 2:25 PM on Friday with a trunk full of softener salt and my garage door didn’t open. Called Steve’s and the rep said he had a tech in the area that could be here in about 30 minutes. At 3:40 PM he was gone and I had 2 new springs on my door!!! He also lubed everything and explained all that was done. Both the phone experience and the service were professional and courteous!
