- ABAndrew BNov 12, 20253.0A service tech came Wednesday, worked and said the problem was fixed. To be fair, in the moment it appeared to be. However later that night the problem reoccurred, to a worse extent. We got ahold of them in the morning and they sent someone else out Thursday evening to work on the problem. That tech couldn’t resolve the issue after working on it for hours and said they would need a field supervisor to come out first thing in the morning on Friday. We called at 8:30 to see what the plan was and were told the field supervisor would figure out the time that worked for them and let us know. It is now about 12:30 and we have received no communication. I understand they may be busy, but the lack of communication is adding to the frustration of an already tough issue. I don’t blame the techs individually as they were both working hard to try and resolve the issue and I think they did their best. But at the very least, communication needs to be prioritized from the top down here.

They reassembled the drain piping components, checked for leaks and tested that the drain was flowing freely. They were thorough in cleaning up and gave us a kitchen ready to use. Their pricing was very fair and I would definitely recommend their service.
