We called Powell on a Sunday to get a quote on replacing our furnace and air conditioner, Todd was at our home 45 minutes later and we had a quote in hand on a Sunday evening. They didn't try to upsell or pressure us. They were quick to install and everything worked great! Since then, our water heater failed and flooded our basement, I called 15 minutes before they closed but that didn't phase them. Gary was able to come out to our home with a gravity pump to help mitigate the water in our basement and they are going to install a replacement the very next day. They very clearly value their customers and have consistently gone above and beyond for us!!
