  Called about A/C repair, receptionist literally laughs into the phone and says something about not doing A/Cs this late in the year. You guys must be doing pretty well to be turning away business. Called Brand and they had no issues taking our phone call and getting someone to come out to look at it for us, nor made it seem like getting an AC replaced in November was ridiculous. Lafayette Heating and Cooling just missed out on about $5000 worth of work because they apparently don't do A/Cs in 70 degree weather in Indiana. Lol good joke guys. 👍
