I have recently had a air conditioner and furnace installed in my home after they went out. Everything started off well with Greg Cauble coming out quickly to give me a quote. I had several other quotes from your competitors and had several recommendations from your former customers. After getting a quote and deciding to go with your service, I was informed after signing the contract I was informed that I would not be receiving one of the rebates that I was told I would be receiving. I was disappointed but decided to continue with your business. I did not know that this was just the beginning. The workers that actually installed the equipment in my home did a great job and were very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the install and how your employees conducted themselves in my home. When they were doing their walk through with us, we asked about equipment that we were under the impression that we were to have installed just to find out that we were not getting dampners in the duct work like was discussed during the initial quote. There was several items that I was under the impression that was included in the quote that we did not receive. We have not had any follow up from Greg or anyone. I know I have expressed disappointment with everything with Greg. I am highly disappointed with the end result I received from Lafayette Heating and Cooling and will not be recommending your business.

We just moved in our new-bought house a few month ago. In the last week, the AC Thermostat reminded of us for the filter changing. But I can not figure out how to do it. So, I call the Lafayette Heating and cooling. Because we used geothermo unit, the girl who answer the phone can not figure out how to do it either. So, she directed me to another personal, who walked me step by step through facetime, until I eventually figure out how to change the filter.
