I’m not sure his name I wish I would’ve asked but I believe it was the manager working front counter sat and helped me find every tool I needed and did it with a genuine smile on his face. We spoke about his chemo and I would’ve never known he was going thru any type of serious treatment like that by the way he was acting! Thank you to the Ferguson team and that gentleman specifically. Will be purchasing all my tools from Ferguson from here forward!
