  Services done by BRAND: A/C Installation, Water Heater Installation, Dryer Vents Cleaned, Air Ducts and Reserve Cleaning. I had spoken to Steve earlier during the summer and winter when my AC unit and furnace broke. At that time I couldn’t afford to get it replaced, but I knew once I was financially ready and able I would get a hold of Brand to replace my AC unit and water heater. Steve and the two guys that came out to service our home were extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very kind and polite. They made sure to go over the entire operation of my new system. They cleaned up properly and promptly. They were very courteous and professional. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of coming into contact with at Brand has been overly helpful and genuinely kind hearted people. I felt safe knowing I wasn’t getting taken advantage of financially, considering I am an elderly woman. I would definitely recommend Brand Heating and Air-Conditioning, LLC for anyone in need of service done in their home.

  Always amazing service from this company. A technician was very polite, informative, and respectful property. He was able to pinpoint the problem and remedy the issue efficiently. Would recommend anybody.

  First time using Brand and I was very happy with the service. They fixed a complex issue with my ducting that required thinking outside the box. Kelby was very professional and answered all my questions and did an excellent job. I think the price was very reasonable for the service performed. I will definitely use them for my HVAC needs moving forward.

  We are more than pleasantly surprised by the professionalism mixed with personal touch that was from our meeting! The owner came out to quote us early on a Saturday morning. Although we have to put off the service due to budgeting issues, I would gladly have them service us in the future. Definitely worth your time and money to spend with this business!!
