  Nova installed a basement waterproofing system less than a year ago and we are getting small amounts of water in a few places. Dan came out to survey the situation and they will schedule a time to fix the issues at no cost to us. hopefully these fixes are the solution as the next option will cost us some $

  Niles initiated the process with a very detailed and informative estimate for crawlspace encapsulation, trenching for proper drainage and sump pump installlation. Walls and sill plates were also insulated. Miles and his crew came in and knocked it out of the park. Thank you gentlemen! Quality work at a very affordable price. Very happy with the entire project.

  I’ve had a couple jobs done by Nova Basement Systems could not have been happier with both jobs. They basically redid the entire home and now put drain tile around my garage. I highly recommend this company and Mike is superb to deal with he walks you along the entire process from start to finish and is always available to speak with along with Dawn in the office. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

  We had Nova give us an estimate for a crawlspace for a recent small addition to our home. We agreed on the price and they said they could do the job in three weeks. Two guys came three weeks later and worked about 4 hours and said they would be back the next day. The next day they returned and finished the job along with another guy who checked their work and then tried to sell us a rather pricey dehumidifier. The price was very high but he said he could cut some things in the original quote that we didn't need to help cut the price by $750! We agreed and the unit was suppose to be installed the following Tuesday when they did the flood test in what they had installed to make sure there were no leaks. The next day I received an email from Nova stating that I should get an electrician to install a separate breaker for the new dehumidifier. Nothing was mentioned before about requiring That so I immediately called them and said I was cancelling the dehumidifier. They came and did the flood test and said all was good. A few days later I checked the crawlspace after a rain and found standing water, I called Nova And they sent someone out who put patches on the wall to handle it. The next day I checked again and it leaked again and I called again and the guy said he would send me a quote I said, what do you mean? I shouldn't have to pay again and he said they usually don't do interior walls. The area is a little over 12" long from the corner! I said if that's the case I'm going to give you a bad review and he said I understand. Be weary they seem to change things with no notice.
