    Nova has a good reputation and they use good materials, you pay for what you get. Ultimately that’s why I choose Nova and I do not regret my choice and investment. However, the installation of their materials could have been implemented more effectively by those that initially installed the encapsulation. I was frustrated by this and discovered after the job was done that an important aspect was completely overlooked. Thankfully they had an Ace up their sleeve. Props to Cameron for coming back to resolve that oversight. He is very personable, respectful, and a detailed oriented employee. After he was done with his part I had much more peace of mind that the job was now complete.

    Jon was just at our house for the first annual service appointment after getting our basement system installed. He clearly cares, explains what he is doing, is thorough, and did a superb job. So far after dealing with Nova for over a year, I'm still impressed.

    Nova basement system did a great job bracing the floor support in our crawl space. I know it was hard work maneuvering in such tight quarters. Our inside doors finally close properly. Thank you!!
