  I have ALWAYS been impressed by each person who comes from from Nova. They listen when we talk, they have made measurements to see how well what they did is working or not and have checked those measurements with a level. Altogether I have been very happy.

  Myles and his crew at Nova came out and did great work. Communication was great and he walked me through all the work that would be done. They left the work area clean once the job was complete

  The crew did a super job in just one day. I was very pleased with the results. The crew was experienced, worked steadily through the day, and were very polite and courteous. Nova was recommended to me by a friend and i continue the recommendation to anyone who has basement issues. Thanks crew for a job well done!

  The entire experience with Nova was exceptional. From Niles, who came to review the situation & provide a quote (and answer soooo many questions - patiently) to Bryan, who was onsite every day making sure the project stayed on track - it was a really great experience. Granted, it’s never pleasant when you have a problem that needs Nova’s expertise to repair, but they made the process as painless as possible. We are relieved to have had this work completed and have every confidence that all issues have been addressed. If for any reason we do have an issue, I have no doubt that Bryan or another member of the Nova team will be here to take care of it. Thanks, Bryan, Niles and the rest of the Nova Team!!
