We had a broken pipe and needed to have it capped off. It just happened to be on a Sunday evening. The technician came and fixed it in the middle of a rainstorm at the end of December 2025. He was very sweet and kind and respectful. I would recommend these guys to anyone that asked.

I didn’t see my first post so I will do it again. Gavin came to fix a clogged pipe and was very professional and explained to me what he was going to do. He is very knowledgeable and had the job done in good time. He put everything back together and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Gavin and roto rooter for any plumbing issues. Thanks Gavin.

Jim from Roto-Rooter did a very professional job, he was very thorough and made sure everything was working correctly. I was very pleased with his knowledge and his manner, very polite. He is also setting us up for another contractor to check out the way the drains were installed in the house, and get an estimate on what it will take to correct the issue. The house before we bought it was an issue from the beginning, drains not made with all PVC piping. A little worried what it will cost though, but at least the job will be correctly resolved. Thank you for your service. David William Brown

In years past this company has been helpful in many issues I have had on my rental properties. Over the last few years I have seen their policies and procedures change and also their cost to do work has gone way up. Along with their labor pool decline. Their last visit to my unit was a disaster. The tech used a little tool for a main line cleanout that serviced multiple units. 2.5 hours later he left without a cleared line and told me the next guy up the line will be reaching out for a call about putting a camera to this. Later that day he called and said that he would be doing a camera but that is it as he felt the tech had done all he could for the company and the next step would be to locate it with the camera and then plan a dig outside the home. Mind you this is under a garage and or a concrete driveway. At this point I told him that if they are not going to attempt more I am not interested in doing whatever he had planned outside nor did I want that type of bill without hard info of a line that was collapsed or obstructed severely by roots. None of which I have been given nor did they seem interested. I then reached out to another local company and once they moved tools in they cleared the problem in 20 minutes using a much bigger machine. Also the amount of drain materials slung around the 1/2 bath walls and everything was disgusting. Let me tell you that at this point of time there are many other companies qualified to do this kinda work.
