It was just weird, because afterward the toilet wouldn't flush( started to overflow), so he cleaned out the line in the basement. He said his device was getting hung up and he would have to call his supervisor. When he came out, he put a device on the basement floor that locates leaks in pipes( I guess). It beeped at about 11' from the drain line at the wall. He said my pipe needed replaced. I was going to get more estimates, but he called me back and said that his supervisor told him that my pipe needed replaced right away or it would backflow and flood my basement. So, I went with them and they replaced the pipe. One of the guys who came out to check the pipe further down the line said that there was something going on and they would come out and run a camera through it to see what the issue was. It's been almost 3 weeks now and no one has come out to run the camera. I was charged an Excessive Amount of money and the job isn't finished and I can't get the guy to come out, although I've called several times. Extreme Disappointing. 😌

It will save you almost 3,000 dollars. They don't tell you in the description the price for what you end up paying for. I will never use them again. 6,000 dollar lesson learned.
