- BDBryce DuncanJul 17, 20251.0Worthless, worst customer care, rude none professional, kids that came out didnt know what they were doing misdiagnosed the issue. After calling quite a few times being told someone would come out nobody ever came they even left equipment here called and told them never came and got it. Guy on the phone talked like he knew the area but knew absolutely nothing about it. No APARTMENTS NEAR HERE on our own well system. Spent alot of money to have a problem misdiagnosed and not fixed and them wanting to do nothing about it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. BEWARE! Called over a period of 5 years and they never came joke of a business dont know what they are doing!
- AMamanda millerJan 20, 20201.0We have a 2 year old Cardwell Built Home with Ortman putting in the well. The electrical conduit coming through the seal plate started leaking. We understand these things happen. However, the first crew that came to fix it stuck some silicone over it and left. Within a few hours it was leaking again. They came out and did the same thing. Within a week it was leaking AGAIN. The kicker here is that the well is 2.5 years old and they charge to come fix the problem. Would never use them for anything and recommend finding a crew that stands by there work longer than a year (was told it wasn’t covered by warranty bc warranty only for a year).
