They went beyond the line of duty to find out where fresh water was running into our septic. We have been telling all our friends and neighbors what great service we got. Thanks again.

We were having issues with the toilet not flushing consistently, Kevin came out pumped the tank, said we might have problems in the future as it's an old tank and the inlet baffle appears to have moved. 10 days later the flushing issue started again. Got another septic service to come out to resolve the problem, we hoped. They had to open up the tank, they found the tank had not been emptied by DS&S, it was still approximately half full. (That explains why the suction hoses were not cleaned off before breaking down to leave.) 2 people on a 1000 gal tank will not fill it half way in 10 days. Even though the DS&S ads say free digout for seniors (we're 73 and 74) we were charged $100 for the digout. Never again! Buyer beware.
