  We just purchased and had a new Bryant HVAC system installed by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, 20 days ago. The AC unit blew both outside fuses on day 19. The technician showed up same day. He could not give us a reason for both fuses blowing, but stated they are not usually covered under warranty, but since the system is new there would be no charge this one time. The next time there would be a $202 charge for the fuses. Very disappointed that a clear diagnosis could not be provided for both fuses blowing on a brand new HVAC system. This is a 3.5 ton AC unit that replaced a 4 ton Trane AC unit. There were never any issues with fuses blowing on the 36 year old Trane unit that this new Bryant replaced. Changing the fuses without knowing what caused them to blow to begin with sounds like another service call is in our future. I will update. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning does claim to provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will see.

  We've been with One Hour for 25 years and lucky enough to say that Brad has been our service guy for 20 yrs!....We continually have bought the "maintenance package" and our unit is pushing 30 yrs because of great maintenance and service. Brad is smart and thorough...I trust him to catch things prior to breaking, and keep things running smoothly. And, he's a great, easy going guy!

  My experience was horrible, when the guy first got here I told him my a/c worked and couldn’t keep up because I had duct problems, when he left all he could tell me was my a/c worked and I had duct problems, and quoted me $1,800 before I’d have an estimate for the duct work. I’m sorry, you didn’t feel like crawling on the ground sir, isn’t that your job? Then he tells me that he doesn’t make the prices, it’s the higher ups. Well it sounds to me like laziness and not even wanting to mess with it. Well that’s part of hvac isn’t it? And to top it all off he couldn’t even tell me that, he “has to call a guy because they don’t usually run into this” and told me two guys would have to come spend all day ripping insulation and disposing of it to tell me what my issue is. My issue is the missing ducts, that he would’ve seen if he actually got on the ground to look at.

  I had called them out due to needing hvac maintenance for home I was selling after the person we originally hired never let us know that they went and did the job. I wasn’t aware the original person showed up until I met Riley at the home and found invoice on the counter. The invoice was in poor handwriting so i asked Riley since he was there and i had to pay anyway if he would check the condenser on A/C since i couldn’t tell on the other invoice if it had been checked. He agreed and checked it said it had good charge. I asked him to please state that on invoice so I could submit it to my realtor. He didn’t put it on invoice. Once I realized this and I contacted him he played a very unprofessional game with me by saying he couldn’t alter a signed document when I stood there while he was doing invoice and asked him to include the charge was good. I asked if I needed to call the company to give him permission he said well since i didn’t do the work I can’t change invoice!! He did check the condenser! I stood there while he the back of the A/c off I paid over 80$ I get that I had to pay something for the trip but he absolutely checked the condenser then didn’t put it on the report. He even asked what details I wanted on there if I needed numbers and I said just stating that the charge is good is good enough. So many companies out here with liars and scammers. I won’t be coming back here again ever!

  The team of Devin Cheshier & Devin Rice were A+++/5 stars!! They cleaned my ductwork using an abatement method. First, they sealed all my ducts & return registers with plastic. Then, attached the abatement machine to my furnace to creating a suction throughout my system. You knew it was sucking because you could see/hear the plastic covers vibrating. Next, they removed & cleaned the return registers inside & out. They needed a fully extended 20’ extension ladder to reach 4 of my return registers. They were careful not to scratch (used ladder protection) walls or floors and kept all work areas clean. My high registers were dirty!!! Next, each duct was brush cleaned and then pressured air blown in while the abatement machine pulls it out to be captured. When cleaning was complete, an odorless air sanitizer was blown in and circulated throughout my system. After the abatement machine was disconnected I examined the dirt & debris collected from my outflow ducts & return registers. Amazed at the quantity of dirt & debris collected!!! With normal life activity, I should not need another cleaning for 8-10 years. They were professional, courteous and complemented each other as a team.
