  Jon Love came out and provided 2 estimates in Oct 2025 to R&R our old 22 yr Carrier HVAC: Heil & Carrier Standard 80% Efficiency Furnace & AC. Love’s estimate compared against 2 other HVAC quotes was very competitive. We went with Carrier & paid extra for 10 yr labor warranty. Now when buying a new HVAC it is easy to compare prices… but what about quality of installation? No problem! The techs Matt and Anthony did a great job! And they were gracious enough to explain the new features of the HVAC. 👍🇺🇸 New review! On 21 March 2026 same crew installed a new Carrier HVAC at my son Eric’s Broad Ripple house. Matt & Anthony replaced the 1990 Heil furnace & AC. They went above & beyond: 1) replaced old condensate pump 2) replaced gas furnace duct to chimney & 3) installed a 4” filter box to allow larger 16x25x4 filter. Again all small details buttoned up correctly (insulated AC lines to caulking to taping ducts). 😀👍🇺🇸

  I woke up in a very cold house when it was 5F outside. I called Loves, talked with Kendra, and she sent someone out right away. I was working from home, waited a few hours, then called back to ensure I was indeed on the route for today. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication on my address and the tech maybe/probably went to the incorrect house. My house is difficult to find, so I understood. However, it was 5F out. Loves (Kendra) was so helpful trying to fix the situation ASAP. She strategized / developed a plan and by the end of the day, my HVAC was up and going! In the end, Kendra cared and I really appreciated it.

  Furnace went out due to a power outage. LOVE came out with in an hour. Replaced the transformer in the furnace and got our heating working again. Between the urgent service call, parts services, and labor it only cost about $400. Thank you Mr. Reed so much and happy holidays

  Recently, another HVAC company examined our furnace and A/C. The described minor and major deficiencies, total cost almost $8000, and recommended replacing both units, $13,000. Today, Frank came out for a second opinion. He told us this was the best maintained unit he had seen in a long time. No charge. We bought a service contract and we will be loyal customers.   I lost heat but the fan was running. I contacted Love HVAC and although they had a full schedule they squeezed me in the same day. They replaced an igniter to get me back to a warm home. Love HVAC installed my equipment years ago and I have always called them for tune-ups. I was so thankful for everyone I talked to on the phone. Everyone was customer service oriented. I don't know if they're the cheapest company but they're service outweighs any cost. They are the company I have used for the last 13 years and will always choose in the future. Thank you Max for getting here quickly!
