  We had a great visit from Cass at Invisible Fence this morning. We got plenty of warning of his arrival, which is important; and he did solid quality work while with us. He swiftly diagnosed the issue and solved the problem. It doesn’t hurt that he flattered our puppy to high heaven either!

  We had a great experience with Invisible Fence, especially working with our trainer, Sam. He was professional, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job training our dog and helped her learn quickly in a way that felt comfortable and effective. Sam took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we felt confident continuing the training on our own. You can tell he really cares about the dogs he works with and wants them to succeed. Highly recommend Invisible Fence and Sam if you’re looking for effective, stress-free training!

  We are in year three of having the Invisible Fence system for our two Golden Retrievers. Fergus and Piper have the run of our three acres due to this amazing and reliable system. It is "quality of life altering" for them. The system, however, is only as good as the service behind it. Cass Solomon was out today to fix a break in our wire. He diagnosed it quickly and we are up and running again. He was pleasant, professional and most importantly he wanted to meet our pups. Happy customers here.   Just finished the training program with Sam and Chris. They were professional and informative. They took their time to answer my numerous questions. They spent a significant amount of time training my dachshund, making sure he understood his boundaries with just the right amount of correction from the collar, avoiding unnecessary discomfort for my pet. Truly appreciate their expertise!

  We got the fence years ago, in 2019, the service was good and the people were incredibly nice. Dog training and everything went well. But over the long term, there have been issues. The wires must have not been buried very deep because they now are above ground. In order to have someone come out, it costs hundreds of dollars. Or you can join a maintenance program which is pretty expensive, and it “may or may not cover the repairs needed”. Which feels a little weird. Overall, we’ve been happy with the fence when it works, but it’s pretty high maintenance after the install, especially when the wires aren’t installed low enough to stay underground. It costs a couple hundred to have them come out and find breaks. I don’t know if I’d do it again. My neighbors have a system they didn’t have to bury wires and was considerably less upfront and little to no ongoing costs. So just know there are other options out there.
