    This company provides poor quality repair jobs and hides behind short warranties in hopes that consumers do not notice their shoddy work before the warranty expires. Avoid this company at all costs, Michael at First Onsite is scamming the public. His workers claimed to fix my leaking roof, instead they simply painted over water damage causing another leak to appear in the same spot. I am working with the Attorney General's office to ensure others are not scammed by this company.

    My experience with First On Site was great. The first person they send out was Will Alumbaugh. He is was so easy to work with and showed up the next day on time. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He made me feel right away that this was a company I could trust. Within a couple days the project Manager Dale called me to set up a time to come and look things over. Dale as well was fantastic. He set up a time line for the work to be done around a very busy holiday time. His communication was excellent and delivered on everything he promised. The work was completed on time with the highest quality, exceeding my expectations. Dale and Will both followed up after the work was done to make sure it was up to my standards. If you are looking for work to be done, I could not recommend them more. Trust worthy, easy to work with and top quality results!

    Awesome experience from first call thru the end of the job (entire roof tear-off and re-shingle). Chad (adjuster) and Taylor (project mgr) were complete professionals and great communicators. Jorge (work supv) and his crew were respectful and worked tirelessly for nearly 12 hrs to get the job done in one day - and they did a great job. The roof looks great! My wife and I were so impressed that we bought them dinner (they had not taken a break all day). 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
