We have a Lennar home still under warranty. The keypad remote wasn’t working properly. Jacquelyn came out, listened to my concern and replaced the keypad. Not only did she replace the defective part, she adjusted the chain and lubricated the door without additional charge.

I had a great experience with Jaclyn Brennanman, EIC Service Technician, today. I’d had an annoying “pop” sound every time my 1-year old garage door was opening, but never called about it until my warranty was about to expire…tomorrow! Jaclyn did a thorough evaluation of the problem and addressed several issues that needed tuning up.

EIC and Jaclyn were amazing. They were very clear and fair on their pricing, and their communication and customer service were great. I needed two springs replaced, and Jaclyn was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend.

Jackie is great and really knows her stuff. Our 25-year-old garage door opener decided to quit and she was out the next day. Her trip charge is reasonable and she even knocked that down for us since it wasn't a difficult job. Bottom line: we'll be back when we need a new opener!
