  I've requested 3 times to be removed from Window World's mailing list and yet still continue to retrieve trash mail from them. If they can't do this simple task, imagine how badly they'll screw you and your house.

  I had a great experience with Window World of Indianapolis a few days ago. I followed up on a pre-inspection report of my house, which had noted a couple of broken window seals. The windows had been installed in 2010. However, there is an unlimited warranty on the window seals - and the staff handled the problem with a positive attitude and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Window World. Thank you.

  I couldn't be happier with my new windows from Window World of Indianapolis! From the initial sales consultation to the final installation, every step of the process was smooth and professional. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly cared about getting the job done right. This is hands down the best experience I've ever had with an exterior remodeling company. The quality of the windows is exceptional, and the installation was flawless. Highly recommend Team WW Indianapolis to anyone looking for replacement windows!

  Window World took great care of us many years ago, possibly 20+ years ago and then again later. Initially my husband replaced some windows, we had a contractor replace a few and then we had some very old windows. We had Window World replace half the windows first and later called them for the others when we were ready. Now 5-10 years later, we needed help with screen replacements and they were here again to help. I've worked with Indianapolis and Muncie locations; both are friendly helpful and will provide continuity of care for your windows. They also replace doors, garage doors and many other services I read on their website. Window World was a great experience for us and we would use them again!

  Honestly, I’m very disappointed with Window world and I wish I would have just spent a little extra money and went with Anderson windows like I had before. I’ve had issues with these windows from the beginning. But the installation guy came back to fix some issues so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I bought the best package for Indiana weather the sales guy said. The windows with the low E glass to keep heat inside in the winter and keep the heat out in the summer. I pay every month and have been paying for years and still owe over $13,000 on these windows. They leak air like crazy!! You can feel the draft come in on EVERY WINDOW. So I called because they claim they have a lifetime warranty, and the guy said well I’ll put in a request for someone to call about coming to take a look but it has to be when it gets warmer. What the hell? I told him that doesn’t make sense as wouldn’t they want to feel where the drafts are coming in which would be best when it’s cold? He said they like to come look when it’s warmer. Bullshit. So then I got a text yesterday saying I needed to send the serial numbers of the windows and pictures of the problem. I’m not even sure where the problems are as it’s all over the whole windows! Pictures wouldn’t show the draft coming in because there is no visible openings. My daughters room windows are so bad that we have to put a heater in her room so she’s not freezing! I am spending a lot of money on their product and they can’t even just send someone to come look at the problem! People please, look elsewhere. Somewhere that sticks behind their word. Oh and also, they sent me a coupon flier in the mail for a discount on the windows after I already bought them and overpaid!
