    Bryce was well-informed and knowledgeable and did a great job of scheduling the work. Later during install it was obvious Bryce had communicated details of my project accurately to the install crew, meeting my expectations. Great work!!!

    Bryce did an amazing job. Very professional and helpful with the process of the electric and with the gas. Can’t ask for better service. Also, our sales service was very good and was able to answer our questions. Please use Tri-State Water, Power & Air when considering a home generator.

    These people are clowns. Stay away!! Do yourself a favor and save your money! I had a salesperson come out and we talked about where the generator would be placed and the propane tank. However, the salesperson had no clue where it would go when the guys that showed up to install the unit worked with me the best he could to keep it out of middle of my yard. The breaker box hung on the pole isn't installed correctly or door is bad on it because right now have strap around it because door won't stay shut. So install took about a day or two. I was told they were waiting on a tank. 6 months goes by or longer they start calling me trying to schedule. Now at this time I was in and out of hospital due to health issues. Meanwhile didn't hear a word from them in this time and was never told a lead time. After all doctor bills pilling up and me not working because of my health. So, I at that point decided I didn't want it anymore and would have someone install later down the road. In meantime I had my business to attend to once I was able to get up and do it after being far behind. However, I kept in touch with my clients do not ghost them like they did me. Just to let it be known I'm a contractor as well and would never get away with what they have done. So, 10 months later I get voicemail from general manager wanting to speak to me finally wanting to come out and finish install. Well, I told him I was over it and didn't want it anymore to come and get it. he didn't like that reply and said he was handing it over to his legal team. So, 6 months goes by and get a call from Lake City Credit Collections. If I was this company, I would separate myself from Tri State power. Lake city said Hey we want to make a deal and don't want to hurt your credit. Right then and there I should have called a lawyer. But I made a deal. Now another 6months or more has gone by and still not finished. the deal was pay so much upfront and make installments. So, another 6 months and my family and I have sat in dark many times since for something I'm paying for. I have had it with this company!! Just so you know they also control their bad reviews through their website so you can't see them. Also, Lake City Credit put collections on my wife, and I credit even though I'm paying them for something I don't have. I'm supposed to trust they will maintain this for 2 years as well after completed!!! I don't think so. They are crooks!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!
