  Found the problem Quickly, unfortunately wasn’t able to fix due to the installation didn’t put a regulator on it and he’s more of a mechanic and he said he would have a gas guy come out and get it fixed

  Kevin, our technician called to let us know he would be there in approximately six minutes. He did the maintenance on our Generator and took down the information to get us enrolled in the maintenance program.

  This is not a paid or promotional review. This is real life review from a long standing client. Over this last week our standby home generator began to fail, very unexpectedly. After years of excellent performance, unit is wearing out & now susceptible to multiple component failures, rightly so time to upgrade. Over this last week Tri-State has gone above & beyond, as always, to assist, sending two technicians, two individual service calls to help us & squeeze the last bit of life from our failing unit to get up through the rest of this week. New unit install is scheduled for this Saturday. It is unfathomable the level of consistently excellent Client Care, Tri State puts forth. Thank you to all, highlighting: Team MO, assists: Thank you William for turning a stressful situation into an opportunity for us to cost effectively, upgrade our unit to a 20kw. Which will meet our 2026 & beyond, backup generator, power needs. Also for coordinating us with Shelby & Valerie, which were also critically instrumental in making our upgrade happen. The relief on our end is wonderful, our peace of mind now, priceless. We live in a rural area. Dirt road, unincorporated area. Power can be off for days or longer if a hurricane event. When power drops, in addition to all the very important necessity needing power, medical, food, shelter & general lighting, we are in the pitch dark, in an area with natural animal predators roam at night. We need a whole home standby generator, like all other households. TriState has provided invaluable services & equipment to/for my family. Continuing for years to come, Tri State are our people. The next review will be the upgraded generator install by TriState of Longview Texas. Equally impressive individuals & TriState Team. Our sincere gratitude, appreciation & thanks to all.
