- SPS PDec 18, 20251.0ABSOLUTE TRASH. STAY AWAY. GM PAUL HADLEY was terrible. MESSED UP OUR ELEVATORS. we were paying inspection fees and everything they asked for. When the city cited us TK sent us a huge bill to "renew" the elevators. When we brought in other companies to inspect turned out TK was just trying to price gouge and oversell. When confronted they decided to just walk away all together and refused to provide any further help. caused us THOUSANDS of dollars. WORST COMPANY. we will escalating this with corporate.
